3. Terms of Service

For this one, I would use Shopify's generated Terms of Service as the foundation rather than writing the entire legal document ourselves.

Terms of Service cover much more than returns—payments, intellectual property, prohibited uses, liability, governing terms, website errors, account termination, etc.

Generate Shopify's template and then we can review it together for anything that doesn't fit PIVR.
