2. Shipping Policy

PIVR SHIPPING POLICY

PIVR products may be made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate, and estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PIVR is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly so we can investigate and make it right when appropriate.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside PIVR's reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
