PIVR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PIVR, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

Because PIVR products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preferences.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If we determine that the product is defective or that an error occurred with your order, PIVR will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Normal variations in color caused by different screens or displays, minor placement variations inherent in the production process, and normal wear are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, colors, and sizing information before completing an order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on your bank or payment provider.

PIVR reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, excessive wear, alteration, or fraudulent activity.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
